- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Horrible experience with this dentist office, Jon Pyle. Went approx 3 weeks ago and had a filling on a tooth. The filling was not the only problem with the tooth, It was cracked and the nerve was exposed. He failed to see this in the x-ray. Now I'm in horrible pain for weeks and I go in to their office on Monday 8/7/17 and ask for the tooth to be extracted and I am told they don't have time. They gave me pills and told me to call Wednesday if it was still hurting. So 2 more days of horrible pain and I call Wednesday and am told to my surprise they are booked and will call me back, never called back. I call another dentist in Madison and they worked me right in. The new dentist asked for a recent x-ray so I called Jon Pyles office back to see if I can get a copy of it, said they would call be back. We'll never received any calls back. Avoid this dentist. Zero compassion was shown to me in my opinion. Look elsewhere.July 23, 2017by Matt Graybeal
